          @atlast Yes, mine is exactly the same.. I was wondering if it was transferred to a UK courier/delivery company and that's why the tracking info hasn't moved in a few days.

          Ordered 7th Nov.

            Guys, look at YouTube. There are users whom received their amps and posting videos on it.
            So they are shipping them like they said.
            This is a preorder. You need to do your research.
            Every preorder I’ve done is the same way. I expected the same here. They will follow through.

              @gjnelson316 I see very few user who actually purchased via pre-order on youtube but a lot of reviewers who got their amps for free.

              However we hear they have shipped super and early bird orders and they are now shipping Power Supporters amps.

                  Hi, All,

                  I had my Spark Amp delivered by FedEx today (March 12, 2020).
                  My order was #1869 and it was placed as a Power Supporter on October 31st , 2019.
                  The shipment was well packed with no shipping damage and upon setup everything is working. There is almost no enclosed documentation and the downloadable user manual is sparse, to say the least. I have to admit it sounds good. Not quite as much clean headroom as I would have expected out of 40 watts, but it does have small speakers. The Bluetooth pairing and android app were easy to setup and everything paired seamlessly. Don’t forget that the volume on your phone will determine the line volume for music and backing tracks sent to your Spark, so make sure the volume on your phone is turned up. I’m going to try sending the headphone out to my Quilter MicroBlock to see what happens with more power and a 12” speaker.
                  I can’t seem to find a way to register for the Warranty... Seems odd.

                      It's Wednesday, 3 12 2020 and I received my email notification that my Spark has shipped. The email arrived yesterday, 3 11 2020 and I am able to see that the amp is in transit.
                      Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed!!!!!

                            So, I emailed PG at the start of the week to check what was happening, after two days, they finally sent an email stating:

                            "Thanks for taking the time to write us and we sincerely apologize for the long wait. However, the good news is, your order is within the first batch (among all Power Supporter orders) that we're shipping today. Yes, today! You should receive the shipping information and tracking number shortly. Thanks again for staying with us. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any help!"

                            I still have not received a shipping email, and it seems people who ordered after me in the US have received their units. I just sent another email asking what was happening.

                                I noted order numbers larger(newer) than mine having received shipping notifications, upon querying this, they replied that the order numbers are not correctly synced.
                                the shipping goes on groups and areas first they said.
                                whether this is just another stalling bullsht story, time will tell

                                        @tab Being of an age over 70 modern technology takes me a while to get my head around it, still trying to download controller from Google Play onto my Tablet, pity there is no info sent out with amp, don't have a smart phone. The amp is pretty awesome on its own, connect to my computer and YouTube jamming along, it controls auxiliary input and guitar output very well.

                                          I am still continuing to wait for my amp even though they told me it would be sent two days ago, and I have yet to receive any shipping notification. As long is there is not another long surprise delay I will hold on. I have noticed other people having volume issues with streaming or recording, and issues with Android. Any comments here from people that have received their amps? I mostly use Android although I do have an iPhone for work I could use if I had to.

                                            I’m a Power Supporter and still waiting for my amp too. My question is, are the amps coming direct from China? I’m asking because of the Coronavirus and the fact the the virus can allegedly exist on different surfaces for different periods of time. Thanks!
