@ddaviddyson Yes, the info is pretty sparse, but if you go onto the support page you can download the Spark Amp and App manual/instructions.
There is a QR Code on the quick start guide card that if you point your tablet's camera at it, the google store should open to the controller ready for you to download. -
Hi mine was ordered on 17th Nov and arrived on 13th March.
Had a quick play.
Have just downloaded the Free Bias FX 2 and Studio One software.
Oh btw it looks like mine sat in Germany from 9th and arrived in the UK on 12th.

Why use the bias through the amp? Can’t you get the same tones via the spark amp?

I ordered my Spark 40 on November 1, order #2008. I got an email that it had shipped on Wednesday, March 11 with an expected delivery date of Monday, March 16, which at one point was moved to the 17th but then back to the 16th. I received it here in Pennsylvania on Saturday, March 14th by UPS. It was shipped from City of Industry, California. I have had a chance to try it out a little, and it seems to be working fine. Light weight, good sound quality for twin 4" speakers. Workmanship seems to be very high quality. Settings for acoustic, glassy, clean, glassy, crunch, hi gain and metal work well and are very interesting. Knobs for bass, mid, treble, master volume, gain, output, mod, delay, reverb and output work well - smooth and quiet. For a bass player, I will probably use those much more than any ap-controlled models. Presets are a little difficult to use, but I haven't read the manual yet, and I won't be using the tuner much unless I forget a spare battery for my Polytune. I wish it had a throughput (other than the headphone jack) so I could use it for a small-stage monitor, but I can always split the signal before the Spark. I'll have more time to run it through its paces tomorrow.

Also, joking aside, I have the Mobile Bias FX2 , Bias AMP and Bias Pedal where you can tweak stuff to a completely unnecessary level. Im hoping they integrate these with the Amp in the future.
Im still playing with the Spark software so Im not sure what the full pro/cons list is yet. I expect there will be more features to come.

@tab Many thanks for your info, had to get a new Tablet, my old Galaxy no good, up and running now. The acoustic setting is fantastic, not that I am a great acoustic player, usually play electric, had a few acoustic amps and this beats them all. All this tone out of a shoebox amp, got a few electric guitars, nothing too expensive ( mostly Korean built ) but my much modified home built Strat sounds like a top spec American, all the hype behind this amp is true, these will eventually take over valve amps.

@gpurinton That makes me feel a little bit better, but they told me an email that my amp (Power Supporter Order 2139 ordered NOV 1 from NJ, USA) would be shipped on on Weds, the 12th and I would receive a shipping email "shortly". I never received an email and there has been no reply for two days when I asked if it was still coming. I am really torn because I don't mind waiting, the amp looks really cool, but the communication is lacking. It really pisses a customer off when they have been waiting and then your say sorry, but it's coming today! And then it doesn't. Trying to remain positive and understand it's a pre-order situation and COVID and all that is happening, I'm not going to get super pissed at PG for trying to make some money off a cool product, but dammit, get your s@%t together! Or let us know that you don't. Or something. Just venting trying to take up time until I get my amp, since I am now working from home for the forseeble future......sigh

I'm so glad you are getting your amps after such a limping start.
I am also looking forward to his arrival and I must say that it would have made me really comfortable right now!
I'm in Italy, and here the situation is still dramatic, we are locked in the house with a civic sense to eradicate the spread of the epidemic.
We go out only for real necessity or indispensable work and in the home worry and frustration wear us out.
Fortunately I have my guitar with me that keeps me company, although without an amplifier for now, but I am trustful and optimistic!
have patience please and do not despair! like me.

@samueleonline I feel for you, my wife has lung/breathing problems and is extremely worried, whilst I am retired I and a couple of pals restore classic cars as a hobby, but this is to stop now for possibly three months as its an avoidable risk. Playing with my new amp should keep boredom at bay for a while. Here in the UK its not yet as bad as where you are, and I live out in the country which may or may not help. Hope everything goes well for you.

@richchaffee They took a week to email me to tell me, "Oh, you should have recieved the shipping email last week" and now I am waiting for my reply to that, which will probably take another week. I'm sure they have their hands full, but like, taking a week to get back to me to tell me I "should" have received something I didn't is a little suspect. Sigh.
