Static/White Noise Behind Note. Spark Mini.
-
I've recently purchased a Spark Mini. Upon playing it, I noticed a static/white noise behind the guitar note that sounds something like "shhhhhhhhhhhhhP". It sustains and sharply fades. It is not present during the entire duration of the note/chord and isn't present at all when the guitar isn't being played. I tried multiple guitars and multiple cables. I even went back to Guitar Center and had them open up two more units that acted exactly the same. I did do a firmware update on the one I own. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's really annoying and I can't see it being innate to the design.

Here is a clip of the noise. Is no one else experiencing this static sound while they're playing?

@brian-dam Yep I have that also. I cannot stand it. I am returning this and searching for another product. Too bad I really want to like this.

I also have this, randomly but not very strongly. I changed my cable for one with a very strong insulation (not sure of the english word) and it got a lot better.
I also noticed I can have this if my cable are crossing other cables (especially the usb cable I use to charge the Spark).
Also, sometimes I need to turn the knobs on my bass min to max a few times, otherwise I got some audio cracks. When it happens, the white noise on the Spark Mini comes along - -' -
Someone mentioned in another similar post to play with different amps / effects to see any changes, which I recommend too.
