      After I unpacked it, I connected it to the charger and it immediately started to show 4 flashing lights of the preset selector. I couldn't turn it on or make a factory reset. The red lights don't stop flashing. I can't turn it off or on.

      But at the same time firmware updater is finding the amp. Also, I was able to update the device. It is still recognized by the updater. It says that firmware is the latest one.

      But flashing lights keep blinking. Can't do anything.

              Good to know that more than just paying customers get exposed to harmful posts, while you delete helpful information.. You don't discriminate when it comes to the forums..
