Bias Amp Head unregistration?

I've sold my Bias Amp Head. The new owner of my old head is trying to use the head with Bias Amp Software. It's coming up with the message " The current owner of the device does not match to the tone cloud account. Please contact the previous device owner to unregister the hardware".
I've contacted support, got a response from support saying it needs to be forwarded to a specialist. Which was quite awhile ago. I've not heard back since.
I can give the serial number of the amp head if required.
