Bias Mini Head Freezing

I've had my Bias Amp Mini for about a year, and just now I've had some issues. I was at rehearsal and I was messing with the presets. The first time I plugged it into my laptop, it worked fine. But the second time, the amp just suddenly froze and stopped producing audio. I had to disconnect the plug to turn it off. Whenever I turned it back on, no audio would come out. All of the knobs would respond, but whenever I changed presets or plugged it back into my laptop, it would freeze. I tried a factory reset, but after about a half of doing its thing, nothing happened. Any suggestions?
