Using the FCB1010 with Bias Rack
-
I just got the Bias Rack, and originally I plugged the FCB1010 in and it switched between presets easily with no change to the programming on the FCB itself. For some reason I plugged it back in today and it's not working the way that it did. Has anyone else experienced this or have any solutions. Thanks in advance.

@brian-havrilla I’m honestly surprised it worked without any programming. My only advice would be to program the pedal to the software/hardware yourself, as I’m not sure PG and Behringer have any intended compatibility right out of the box.

So it may not be built with compatibility in mind but luckily the pc #'s coincide with the bias rack. It is one off because the bias rack starts at pc-0 and the fcb1010 starts at 1. Not sure why they stopped working together for the short time (probably something I did). But it works out of the box.

@brian-havrilla do you have any midi monitoring software on your computer? Not sure if MIDI Ox is still a thing

@pipelineaudio No. I used a midi program by mountain utilities for the fcb1010. I'm using it to control both my bias rack presets and my eleven rack effects. Really great, and would be even more great if the effects loop worked properly on the bias rack. (I'm searching for a solution on that). You can find the editor here if you're interested. https://mountainutilities.eu/fcb1010

That looks really cool!
The reason I asked about a MIDI monitor was just so you could see for sure if the pedal is still sending MIDI messages. Looks like that software has its own monitor, is it still showing up correct in the computer? -
@pipelineaudio I'm still pretty new to midi so I couldn't tell you if it does or not for sure. All I know is it all seems to work the way I wanted it to.
