BIAS Mini, software/hardware clitch?

Just received a BIAS mini guitar amp, and it's great! The last time i used it the amp froze up, i could not power
it off, the output level still worked, but did not register on the LEDs around it. Had to unplug it from the wall to reset it.
Not sure if this is a software issue, or a hardware? The latest firm ware was pushed to it when i connected it to my IPAD
which works great by the way. Any ideas? -
Yep. When it's repeatable, come back.
