I had TWO simple questions prior to purchasing something. I used the chat. Took over 1/2 hour and they said they would send it to someone who could answer. Kicked me off the chat......Then i got a blank email that was a support ticket. BLANK?
Is this the way Positive Grid works?

Great software, terrible management in this company. Fire the managers (they studied one year at the xxx university), hold the programmers (they know what they do). Hire new managers that know what they do.
Please, fire the damn managers!
