ASIO status "not active"

Help pls!
I'm trying to connect my Spark with Airstep Spk as a looper using a PC and Mobius software. I passed through a quite complicated multistep procedure and ... failed. Checking what could go wrong I found out that in my Positive Grid USB Audio Device Control Panel, in Buffer Setting ASIO is "not active"
Anybody knows what it needs to change this status for: "active (PCM mode)" as it should be according to what xsonicaudio claims... thanks in advance for any tips. -
@przemek-podrez Hi i spent many hours and lots of emails in the end xsonic admitted it did not function with all pcs but they could not tell me which have since returned my footpedal to xsonic good luck with getting any sense out of them.
