Problems with Spark and the volume knob
-
Hi, im from Germany and i got my Spark today. It sounds good, so i tried the jam function. If i turn up the volume on the little knob on the Spark, i got an high frequency sound. When the backing music starts, the sound changes a little bit, like when you go with your mobile phone nearby a portable radio?! Do anybody know, whats the problem? And sorry for my bad English ;-)
Greetings from Germany

How does the Spark 40 sound when playing music directly from your mobile phone (Apple Music, Pandora, etc.)? Does the music sound the same through the Spark 40 speaker vs. headphone jack? How does your straight guitar sound through the headphone jack?
Forgive any Google Translate errors…

Thanks for your answer. The Spark sounds the same through the headphone jack as it does through the speaker. If I just play with the guitar, everything is great. When I run music through the Spark, that specific
sound comes in the background.[link text]https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kFHYjndpmGe0ymsy7b_zsA6yopMga7g9/view?usp=sharing

Excellent video information! I can’t seem to duplicate your issue on mine. I’m using an iPad 3rd Gen for the Spark App.Any change when you switch between the saved Presets (noise bleeding over from a metal/high gain Preset)? Does it change if you move the Spark 40 to a different location (to see if it’s a fluorescent bulb or noisy wiring/plug/extension cord affecting the Spark Amp or Spark App source)? Does it change with Bluetooth source (phone vs pad vs pc)?

No change no matter what i try. It's always the same. I wrote Positive Grid, but have not yet received a response.
