I get this error when connecting the Spark app to the Spark amp after adding the Spark Control Pedal. If I uninstall and re-install the app on my Samsung S21 it'll work again until I disconnect and try to re-connect. I do have the latest 1.5.4.102 firmware. Any fix? I did open a Help Desk Ticket. Awaiting response.

This pedal is so new, this is the first time I have seen this error anywhere in the forums. Putting in a ticket is certainly a good idea, have to see if they respond. They are not responding to MANY people right now.

I love Positive Grid software, but they are in a flaming tail spin at the moment. Amp power issues, noise issues, firmware upgrade issues..
And now we get to add their new hardware to the list of things that just don't work.

All they can do is throw money at hiring a real support staff. I doubt they will. Our only hope seems to be waiting out them murdering their own business out of ignorance and ego, and wait for someone to buy up the intellectual property from the corpse of the dysfunctional company.

Taiwan is the country that this company truly resides in, but a quick look at their LinkedIn page shows the truth.

This is a Taiwanese company.. And we all know what is happening there.

Very sorry you are having this issue.

I had a problem with a midi control that they insulted me over, and did nothing to help me with. The programmer fixed the issue, after many many people complained.

This device is proof of what I thought. They were not continuing support for the MIDI controller because they had their own controller in the works.

A random patch, a year after I complained, fixed the issue.

I hope they respond or that someone else in the forums knows a trick. We try to help each other as much as possible.
