Worst customer service in the world

So after a week of trying to get any kind of response out of this godawful company that sells bad products which don’t work, I’ve still heard nothing. If you are thinking about buying a Positive Grid product, don’t. It’s a better use of your time and money to draw cash out of the bank and set fire to it. Positive Grid is a con. They take your money and ignore you. Snake oil salesmen. I think their plan is to ignore customers until the period to get refunds expires. This is their business model. There is no number to call. They don’t read the support forms. They ignore you on social media. The whole thing is a ripoff. Does anyone know how to reach the CEO? Maybe we should start filling the CEO’s inbox with complaints. Maybe then they’ll do something. Joke of a company. If their brand isn’t dogshit already, it very soon will be.

In my research, I came to understand. This is not really a US company, it is being "Operated" out of Taiwan functionally.
These are some of the top people, taking money, and not doing their jobs.
This could be because China is messing with Taiwan ...

@gary_hutchings Im still waiting for my order since 15th October !! and they can't tell me where it is !!! I am trying to demand a refund but even they are ignoring that !
