    Infuriated by incompatibility between platforms

      Complete lack of communication in between platforms is so frustrating I just want to get rid of this program. The problem is that it is an online license... so I am stuck the the hundred of dollars I spent on it.

      I am getting completely frustrated with BIAS lack of communication between platforms. And now Positive Grid on top asking for paying multiple times for the same product. Greedy and really infuriating.

      The Standalone does not talk to the plug-in version. The tone cloud does not download because the amps are slightly different. The mobile version is incompatible with the computer one. I can't even use the pedals on iPhone just on iPad ( so long the stage mobile promise they made..). Patches and banks don't talk to each other.

      This program is dreadful to use. I am constantly having too redo my sounds every time I want to record or take somewhere because the amps don't match. And in the end I can never get the same sound.

      I have spent hours with consumer service and they almost managed to make me wipe out my computer documents, leave my computer open to virus and hacking and indeed managed to wipe out all my saved tones... GRRRRRR

      How infuriating and time consuming is this to use?
