I worked with Benjamin on chat. He was very helpful and professional. He ended up emailing me a new firmware version. It worked, and I am back up and running. I'm very happy with the support!

I can not agree with there support being good.They are useless.I paid for the spark.Yhey sent to the wrong place.Have not seen my amp since.I asked for a phone number so I could complain.No phone number given no reply to email.Positive Grid is bad company.Support is a joke.
