I’m not sure if positive grid is aware but the spark firmware is being flagged as a virus from with windows defender.

Same Issue here. Windows 10 Pro will not allow download of the latest Firmware Updater dated 10/12/2021. Warning of a severe threat. The file is infected with the Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ML. That's what's keeping the file from being downloaded.
