Seems Malwarebytes is detecting a positive grid audio device driver as malware ?!

      Should I quarantine it ?
      Thanks in advance,

@pierre-rené Not here on my win 10 pc with 4.4.6 malwarebytes. Did you get the driver from their site?

@pierre-rené I got that message and told MalwareBytes to ignore it. It was not a new installation -- the program they say holds the malware has been on machine for over a year now with lots of daily scans by Malwarebytes and no indication that it is malware.

Malwarebytes (and other similar programs) operate by searching files for specific strings of characters that they have found in actual malware applications. But just because an application already on your computer has that same string of characters embedded in it somewhere that does not mean it's a malware program. If it were a new program I had just installed I would be worried but as it is that program has an installation date for me of August, 2020. So in my opinion it's nothing to worry about and I've told Malwarebytes to ignore it always.

Your mileage may vary and I'm not telling you what you should do, I'm only saying what I have done.
