Hi there, first of all: I love my Spark. Perfect device for me! I had no major issues up to know. After the firmware update I suddenly recognized dropouts while playing youtube via app and iPhone. Guitar sound worked as always. My iPad worked well - no dropouts. So it was somehow clear that Firmware/ App Update was not the cause. I followed advice of Support (bluetooth and factory reset) - didnt help. Then I read through the support Pages again and recognized the hint to turn off all other Bluetooth devices near by and found the cause - Apple Watch… it was somehow disturbing the signal… Power Watch off and on again - No issues since then…. Boy the was i recognized that YouTube and Apple Music can be remotely steered by Apple Watch during playback… clear since that can also be done in the Core Apps - but i Never tried… Rock on! 👍🤘🏻

@cleifeld I have found that bluetooth connections are very fragile and that it doesn't take much interference, either from another bluetooth device or some other device that sends out a stray signal over the same frequency, to disrupt the connection. I hope that in some bluetooth upgrade soon the industry figures out how to prevent that, as well as reduce latency issues.
