Nothing Works - Elite is not so Elite

i have bought bias fx 2 elite,

download page on website is blank
software requires update, but download page is blank
a) tonecloud login goes to library, and selecting a patch to download to bank reveals error
b) reclicking download states patch is already in bank.
bank is empty
i cant use anything as its meant to be used - im out of pocket and frustrated.
