Hello there, I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I have an Hd500x but really appreciate the sonic qualities of Bias over Pod HD or Helix for that matter. Having said that, I'm not prepared to buy a Bias Head if I can't load it up with with my tones and chains from Bias FX. Another $1000 or so to get the pedals just puts it out of my financial reach at this point. I want to try to control bias FX with the hardware I already have, the Hd500x, in the stand alone mode or through Logic or Mainstage. Is this possible?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.

Yes. You can do it either in the DAW (I have used both logic and mainstage) using the built in automation parameters and mapping MID inputs to control the parameters and/or preset changes or if you are just using the desktop standlone app (no DAW) it works via direct MIDI assignments via the app's setting menu.

Thanks for the info, I'm sure my computer illiterate self will find a way to screw it up but I'll try it.

Are you using a midi interface or just the USB?
