Spark Amp - Volt measurable at the instrument connector

I have a problem with my Spark Amp.
There is always a slight voltage on the guitar or the cable - you can measure it.
I can measure a voltage (deflection 6-24 V) when one is against ground ( Heating pipe etc).
There are around 6V up to 24 V in Peaks on the outer ring of the instrument connector - and that starting if the plug is in the Amp. You can also feel it when you lightly touch the strings with your arm. The voltage is always there regardless of the guitar - the same guitar on another amp with a grounded plug no measurement result.
I only have a two-pin power plug on the Spark - so it cannot have an ground connection.Is that where the problem lies? Is the socket on the Amp possibly defective?
Otherwise the device works as it should - only sometimes you can feel this voltage - is a bit like leaking a battery to check whether it is still good.

@tom-wundersam If you ground the amp by using the USB cable to connect it to a computer that's powered on, do you find the same voltage at the instrument connector? Many people who have noticed the slight tingle when their arms brush their guitar strings with the amp disconnected from the computer have reported that it disappeared when they connected the amp to the computer (which grounded it). The same happened when amp owners used a 3-prong grounded power supply. Check that out.

It is also a good and simple idea to attach the USB plug to a heater or similar in order to ground the device. So you don't necessarily need a notebook.

@tom-wundersam I just tried mine with both the original 2 prong and replacement grounded 3 prong and all I get with both is the ambient mv that floats around in the air.
