      When requesting analysis of an itunes or spotify song, the analysis starts then stops and I get "unexpected error, try again later. if the problem persists contact help center". I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Also, have contacted help center, no resolution, yet. This has been going on for about a week. Does anyone have any suggestions?
