Problem - Bias Amp 2 Elite and Biad Head (600W)
-
Hallo,

Hello,
I would be happy if someone could help me.
I bought the Bias Head (600W) new. If you work intensively with this amplifier for an evening, you don't want to give it up anymore. My problem relates to the Bias Amp 2 (Elite) software that I bought earlier.
If I now connect the Biad Head to the desktop software, I have no way of pressing the button (circle with rainbow color) with which the visual appearance of the "amp design" can be changed. The button is simply no longer there !?
The quick help in the individual menu screens such as "Preamp" cannot be called up either.
I have reinstalled Bias Amp 2 Elite twice now but the problem still persists.
Does anyone know this problem, is this a software bug !?
I would be very happy to receive information. My second question!
Are there any problems with the bias head, as this amplifier is rarely offered as new in Germany !?System: Windows 10 (64bit)
Best regards from Germany
