    What a shitty ass app, doesn't even load tonecloud

      Bought this amp new, works fine but the app doesn't load tonecloud, yes, I have created accounts, I'm signed in, is stuck on loading forever and my screen permanently on, you can't even close or click on anything except close the app.

      Yes is the latest version of the stupid app, I just downloaded it

      Yes I have an iPhone, why even sell an amp that will be dependant on shitty apps and wont work on all phones.

      The number one reason i bought this amp was the tonecloud and it doesn't even work and this amp doesn't even sound that good

        Ha, tell us how you REALLY feel. Guessing this thread will get removed soon, so enjoy while you can. Also, there are better ways to ask for help.

          I just got this amp delivered in the mail today, and I'm having the exact same issue. I downloaded the app back when I ordered this, and it all worked back then. I noticed it updated yesterday, and maybe the update broke the tonecloud? Anyways, it sucks to not be able to use this on day 1. Hopefully it gets sorted soon. :-(

              Iphone X, Spark app is updated and now it dosn't work at all.

                I have EXACTLY the same problem. Got my Spark amp today, I really like it - but I can't use Tonecloud, it freezes the whole app and I have to close it down. I've re-installed the app 4 times now, with the same problem.

                I have an iPhone 11. I really hope they fix this soon, one of the main reasons I bought the amp was for the 10,000 tones!

                  Hi All, this issue has been fixed in the latest update, please download the latest Spark app update and see if it works
