Man does all this sound familiar. I have written customer service many times asking for an update on my bag and now, of course, a replacement power supply. Since I really like the Amp itself, I even ordered a second as a gift. The last e-mail I sent was 14 August asking about the new PS and an update on when I might receive the bag. Today I received a response from the mysterious and likely not even real Joseph with a tracking number for something and referring me to the latest update on the "Updates" page regarding the bag. Since the tracking page shows ordered with a predicted shipping date of 29 July (2 weeks from my order rather than the advertised 5-7 days in the US), I'm kind of hoping it is for the Power Supply, but at this point I don't know. Given their recent history I'm not even sure having a tracking number means I'm getting anything. Oh, and my ticket is again marked as resolved. :-) But, hey; let's remain optimistic and try to be understanding. @mike

Sorry for the late reply here as I got different responses from 2 different tickets.
Tickets 220395 & 220824
The first ticket asked me to repackage the amp and a replacement would be sent within 2 weeks. No shipping details have been received yet.
The second reply was 4 days later and asked that I perform a factory reset, which I did and repackaged again after it was found to be still defective . There has been no follow up reply yet.
I hope you would understand my concerns over the replacement shipping timeframes with the previous wait time experience and no official return documentation or replacement tracking supplied. -

@dsr1273 I have the same issue. I keep putting tickets in because I can’t track my order (271307) but I never get a response. But I get an ad for the same damn amp I’ve already paid for!! Last chance! Screw you guys- answer your damn emails. You should be ashamed

@Mike - RMA US#167212 - Hi Mike - can you please help me to look at this RMA request? Felix has been helping on this RMA for almost a month. I actually shipped the guitar amp back and you received it last Thursday. Felix gave me a shipping label for my replacement amp for more than a week already. But when I checked the UPS tracking, but UPS has NEVER received the package from you. I have asked Felix to help me for a REFUND. But haven't heard back from him yet, even I have sent multiple emails asking for the status.

@mike That UPS tracking number has been in the same status "label created" for 2 week already with no movement. And I have been requesting for the REFUND for a week already. Hope you can help me to get my REFUND ASAP.

Ask to pay with paypal so i did send € 230 to paypal and paypal say that it take 10 days till my money will be on paypal .just i can pay my order on postive grid. Sorry is much eazy to buy with IDEAL. so now i whting to my money on paypal so 10 days longer
