And on and on it goes...

I ordered early in January 2020 based on delivery promise of February (2020)..
This is part of Positive Grid's delivery update to Spark Players Special Purchasers that they posted on their website on 21 March 2020: "...although shipping has been delayed past February as originally projected, Early Bird and Super Early Bird orders will be shipped the first week of February, and we’re confident that you will receive your order by the end of March. (Your order, and those of other Players Special purchasers, will follow in the order in which they were received.) We’ll share more news and updates on Spark as they come up, and we can’t wait for you to get your Spark. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/requests/new..."It's now June 2020 and nothing, not a thing to affected customers apart from a couple of emails blaming everything but their own failure to deliver. These dicks were very happy to take the money , what a bunch of thieves. Although in their post Positive Grid invite questions from customers waiting for orders (i.e. all their customers, it seems) - don't bother asking any questions because it's a waste of time, I've asked polite questions twice and Positive Grid didn't bother replying.
If you're thinking of buying a Spark you probably should be prepared to hand over your cash and then wait for, oh, I don't know, six months? twelve months? Forever? Who the hell knows?

Get a refund or keep waiting. Those are your 2 options.
I waited almost 6 months. I’m enjoying the amp. Was worth the wait for me. -
@emmongi Ditto. The Spark exceeds my expectations. Well worth the wait. This much fun, this build quality for US$209? Many on here have cited comparable products, all of which are at least twice the price.

Hi folks! Let me tell those who keep on waiting for their SPARKs that there still is hope! I ordered mine on Dec.31st (121647) and last week it finally arrived here safely. I must admit that first of all I was a little irritated when I read „made in China“ on the parcel, as I had expected to get some solid American handicraft.
But everything seemed to be alright. Good looking. No humm (!), great sound.
When I had been watching those clips on Youtube about that amp some months agoI really couldn´t believe that everything being shown there hadn´t been manipulated in some way. Indeed that little box really sounds great (especially crunchy and distorted) and furthermore it´s incredibly loud (if desired).
I got to admit that I´m first of all interested in a good basic sound (a little too bassy to my mind, but that´s adjustable, isn´t it?) , less in all those apps, which I don´t really need.
Now I can say that my wishes had been fulfilled – great fun and extremely inspiring sound. A really good decicion after all!

Got mine 2 days ago.... I'm embarrassed to say that my past complaining was off mark. PG has fallen victim to the same setbacks as any other company but they are trudging forward in fulfillment. And its waaaay worth it! Sounds great.

You don't advertise that a product will arrive in 2 months when you know darn well it won't and probably will be 2 times if not longer. Other companies do not do that.
