Given the shambles of the 2.1.9 FX2 upgrade it seems to me PG are not an ethical company. I for one will now never spend another dollar with them. I'm off back to my Amplitube 4 licence for software and Boss for hardware amp solutions. Shocking customer service - I mean I am a hobbyist guitarist, imagine if I was using FX2 for a professional project..... !!!!

I have nothing against companies chasing profit. But I hate it when you change the game rules midgame.

          Hi All,

The situation now is caused by the fix - Fixed "Can't read Amp2 license in presets" included in v2.1.9

Mike - I can understand that PG wants people to only use the amp/effects that are licenced.

BUT, they should have communicated it rather than just release a new update with it in, they should take into account existing users and what they are doing with the product AND rather than just saying "this patch doesn't work, buy and upgrade" they should give the user the option to edit the patch and replace the non-licensed items with licenced ones!

Finally, not being able to delete the unusable patch is simply bizarre! I hope they sort this mess out quickly otherwise they will lose a lot of users.
