Help! I don't know what's going on but I can't get an input signal now! This is the desktop software. I also have Bias FX - If I run that it does get an input signal. I quite FX and run Amp - no input signal.

Both use the same interface and settings. I've trying changing the settings on Amp then changing them back to how it is actually set up, but nothing - I just can't get a signal.

I only just bought Amp, so its not an update, and it did work for the first day..

      Thanks

@damiandonnelly I am going out on a limb and guessing OSX - if so it is a security permissions settings for the "microphone" I'd guess (I posted about it long ago if you want to dig for a picture) - cheers

not on this topic but i just don't get PG's sales pitch ..if i was to upgrade to FX2 and AMP 2 if i buy them separately now i could purchase FX2 for $99 and AMP2 for $59..to me that's 158 dollars but if i buy them in the bundle i pay 179 dollars ..go figure but their deals are usually not very well conceived.anyways im quite happy with the first versions as i am seeing many issues with the upgrade ..

@thomasid58 The bundle you were looking at includes the Pro versions. You were pricing the individual Standard versions. The Standard version bundle is $89 right now.

@tafkad thanks, but if it were a mic permission issue, why would it work with bias fx 2? It is OS X btw 😀

@damiandonnelly - yes OSX too - because each individual app needs to have the mic permissions set - this is new since Mojave - since you won't look here you go:

                just saying check this first
