Can you download presets from ToneCloud with Bias FX 2 Standard?

I am not interested in the features of Pro or Elite, but if Elite is needed to download presets from ToneCloud then that can change things..

Yes you can download from tonecloud, but only if the preset uses amps/effects that you have a licence for.
