So I’ve had my distortion pedal for about two months. Last night I went to change from the blue channel to the red channel and poof, no more power. No nothing. It won’t turn on, it won’t register when I plug it into the power strip or the computer. The only thing that happens is a very brief light blips in the C switch at the second I plug it in, then nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? It seemed like such a nice pedal and it’s never even been out of my house.

@thadengle I don't own any of the pedals, so I can't speak to that, but I'd recommend creating a service ticket so you can have the issue reviewed by Positive Grid. support@positivegrid.com

Looks like there's a power button at the front left. If so, you could try this: un-plug everything from the pedal. Hold the button down, then plug the power back in. If it doesn't power up, it's likely an internal power supply issue.

@danbieranowski I did just that, just wondering if this was an issue many others have had to deal with or if this was just a fluke. I really Hope it is.

@tannhauser So the button you were talking about was the Bluetooth button. It actually worked for some weird reason. It powered back up. However, it still won’t take any commands or be recognized by my computer. All of the lights just flash and it either powers back down or doesn’t respond. Close but close only counts in horseshoes or hand grenades.

Well, shucks. Gives a better idea of what's wrong, though. Hopefully they'll get back to you soon.

@tannhauser thanks man. A friend of mine actually figured out a way to factory reset the unit without being connected to the app and you were dead on with holding that button down. Once it powered up I just had to long hold it again to reset it. They were great about offering to send me a new unit if I couldn’t get it resolved so cheers to them for that.
