Muse Map of the Problematique effect - Is it possible?

Hey there, sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I'm curious if its possible to recreate the effect from the above Muse song.

The effect is essentially a delayed Pitch shift that swaps octaves. There is a Midi controller for the whammy pedal, that can create the effect: Molten Midi Controller

So it sort of shows how its created in real life, but i can't work out if there is a way to recreate it in either Bias FX2 or Bias Pedal.

I do happen to own a whammy pedal, and could probably do something similiar with a midi cable, but it would be great if i could avoid that situation!
