Bias Amp 2 - Thumbnails randomly disappear when downloading from ToneCloud

Why is it that thumbnails randomly disappear after downloading models from ToneCloud (particularly the head component)?

P.S. PG, you really need to make the GUI rescalable for people with standard range vision...you'd have to be a eagle to read most of it.
