@smlaws Have you tried a different USB port before? If you still failed to get it work, feel free to send us a request at https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Hey Felix
Thanks for the response here and through email. Initially I tried plugging into a powered hub. No go. Swapped it to one of the ports on my Mac mini and still nothing. I haven't had time to do some of the things in the link you sent me. One of the suggestions was to unplug all usb except the Mod Twin. Not sure if this is possible to do every time I need to use Pedal software. I will start eliminating other usb connections one at a time to see if one of them is causing the problem. It's just not possible for me to operate with only the Twin connected to usb. On the plus side I was able to download the IOS pedal app to my wife's iPad and was able to connect and control the Twin from there. I will try some more of your links suggestions tonight. Thanks for your help. -
Hi,
I also have this problem with the Bias Mod Pro. I can use it perfectly via bluetooth and the iPad App but it will not connect via cable to my MacBook Pro. The pedal lights flash but the software doesn't;t recognise the pedal and connect.
I have tried both USB ports and did a factory reset, still no joy. It's not stopping me using it right now but is pretty annoying and it would be good to get the issue resolved!
