how do you get the upgrade pricing for Bias FX 2?

I am a legitimate Bias FX 1 standard owner. According to this:

the price to upgrade to Bias FX2 standard is $49. But I don't know how to get that pricing. When I try and purchase, even logged in, I get the $99 price for a new user. How do I solve this??
