I can't change from the preset I first chose.
I reinstalled BIAS FX2 but the behavior is the same.
How can I solve the problem?

      BIAS FX 2 Version: 2.0.0.4190
      Windows 10 Pro Version 1809 Build 17763.379

            It worked!
The Document folder was not "C: \ Users \ USERNAME \ Documents ".
            It was "C: \ Users \ USERNAME \ OneDrive \ Documents ".
After changing the settings, it is now possible to change preset data.

@rz835445 GJ. Does that mean bias fx2 folder's should be in the c/ onedrive / docu folder? i'll do that when i got home. Thank you

@chickeys No, it should be in the "C: \ Users \ USERNAME \ Documents " folder

@mike Sorry for late. has been solved. Clearly the cause was 'onedrive'. other software was fine but i think BFX2 is sure to have a conflict.
To be honest, we don't need onedrive, so it doesn't matter if we delete or disable that. But for someone who doesn't know this solution, I think we need to repair the program for them. I'm sorry if you feel bad. Thanks @Mike and @rz835445 . i love you guys :)

@rz835445 Glad you got it to work. Got the same problem. Just one question. What do you mean with the "document" folder. Is that where I should place the installation? What files are we talking about?
                    Cheers, Viktor

@fransson-viktor When I open up Bias FX 2 it automatically puts the presets in H:/Users/Documents. Can I somehow change this?

@fransson-viktor you should be able to change the path of Documents to "C: \ Users \ USERNAME \ Documents " ?thanks
