Bias Amp 2 on IOS License Activation Problem

Hello.
When I connect Bias Amp 2 to my Bias Head Processor either with my iPad or my Iphone (brand new XR), I'm asked to register, and then the app stays undefinitely the "Activating license" screen...
But the information on that screen says that the "Current Owner Account" is ... me...The only way to get out is to click on "RUN TEMPORARY", then the app is working but with the small greyed window "Activating License" always on top of it...
Am I missing something during the activation process ?

@serge-cattoul Can you try to login to ToneCloud in BIAS Amp2 app to see how it goes? Check this tutorial:

BTW, I can see your BIAS Rack (SN:G100BH2P1113) has been registered under your account as well.

Regarding my license activation issue, could you please cancel any registration on your side ?
So I could restart the process "from scratch"...
I just can"t get out of this problem, and I have to always run it "Temporary"...Best regards,

Wish I would have somebody like Felix to let me start from scratch after trying several times to remove, install and redeem Bias fx ultimate mobile with no help from support. Still, only demo version working.

The same exact scenario the original poster described above is happening to me when on my iPad (desktop version works normally). Can you please cancel my registration as well? My owner account email is danferrena@gmail.com.

@governorjames Just deactivated it from your account " danferrena@gmail.com", please try to register it again through BIAS Amp2 desktop/iOS version to see if that helps!
