3. BC API is reported 400 in Bias FX store

BC API is reported 400 in Bias FX store


  • So I own both Bias FX and bias amp 2 and I am trying to buy the acoustic pack for FX however clicking on the store button in the vst gives me an error "BC API is reported 400" but in bias amp 2 the store works fine. I think this might be more of an account issue as when I go on the positive grid website, it says I only own bias amp 2, which is false, otherwise bias FX would surely still be in demo mode.

    also I cant buy the acoustic pack from the site as it just sends me to the bias FX page.
    anyone else having this problem?
