Bias Interface problem

I've looked around on the forums and haven't been able to find anything about this. I haven't had any issue with bias FX since I downloaded in January. I'm using Reaper as my DAW. As I said I have had no issue using bias FX in reaper ever until about a week ago when all I get is this blank image upon loading up bias fx inside reaper. (seen in image) is there a fix to this? I've uninstalled and reinstalled reaper and also did the same with bias fx to no avail. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

By the way I can still play through it, I just can't see any of the amps and click the add FX button just doesn't do anything. Basically I can't change and edit anything anymore.
