A lot of kids here are making bug reports and the like and not giving basic info - like OS, DAW or stand-alone, what DAW, what gear you're using, etc.....

We shouldn't have to be asking you these.

@tannhauser Maybe Positive Grid has one of these, but create a general template they can copy and paste into the post that includes stuff like:
        Product:
        Version:
        OS:

They can use that as a template to fill out that way the information is formatted for what’s needed. Maybe a pinned post that tells folks where to get this information with screenshots. Not everyone understands what’s needed from an info perspective right off the bat. Especially musicians who just want to be creative and not deal with bugs.

If you think you have a real bug you should contact PG directly, IMHO. Their support ticket system has a form taht asks for all the relevant data.

@Elric : there and here. I've filed several bug reports via the main site form (which, Dan, is like you say - like such things have been for computer aeons, so noobs gots ta groom up). However, some instances (like in this Beta 2.0 release) are being handled here, by many of you first. If you express about a bug report, due dilligence serves everyone.
