It’s been 5 days now of filling in forms, and trying to contact them over twitter etc. is anyone else having this problem? Brand new spark Pearl, hasn’t worked since I got it, yes it’s the stupid firmware update. But I’m at the end of my tether here. Should I just get a refund or what? Their customer service is an absolute disgrace. Any ideas how to reach them, anyone?

@andrewdunn464 I asked them to cancel my order and refund me for days and they shipped anyway, so no… I don’t think they are paying attention

Same. Unbelievably frustrating. Reached out every way I could think of regarding my dead Spark - got as far as a confirmation it needed to be sent in for repair, but it's now been 10 days of nothing. Tried via social channels, multiple tries to support email/chat/etc. Just... nothing. What terrible customer service.

@andrewdunn464 I have the firmware update issue too, they have got back to me after 5-7 days each time (they have contacted me twice now). Still not working BTW, but can’t do much more than persevere then see what they will do to make it up to me after it’s working, free something for pain and suffering hopefully!!

@andrewdunn464 i reached out to them in intsagram after waiting 2 days for a response. Got a reply within a day after messaging them on instagran. since then? nothing. I will message them again. Might need to leave comments on their posts

@ke123 ever get the feeling you’ve been swindled? The silence from these tricksters is deafening. I think we should declare war on school media. They cannot be allowed to get away with this abuse of customers
