Smart Jam looper feature idea

I am wondering since Smart Jam is recording your guitar in order to analyze and figure out chords.

It would in theory be possible to achieve a simple looper function in the app.
If it could play a click (with count-in) and you could specify the number of bars, it should be able to quantize the audio and make a loop that plays back through BT to the amp to play along with.
This to me would be a great practice tool. Not a looper per se, but a quick way to make a short loop to practice with.

On theory this should not require any changes in amp firmware and does not require any foot pedals.

I can do this on my android phone with Audio Evolution which has its own usb driver that works great with the spark mini. but would be great to have this kind of function in the app

The other option is for Audio Evolution to add looper function to their DAW or a separate app, I would buy it.
