After ordering a Spark on-line (UK outlet), I received a message from a Courier saying that he had a parcel but no House Number!
Really? It was added in the address at ordering point!
Checking delivery, I was confused with three possible Couriers, Hermes at first, then Evri, then DPD; none of their tracking systems worked!
To cap it all, when a delivery did arrive, it was just the Amp. No headphones, no Gig Bag as ordered and paid for!!
Come on guys, get a grip! this is the worst delivery blunder I've had in 5 years.
PS - suggest name change to "Negative Grid"?
Hope the ruddy thing works after all this hassle. :-(
