IPad download issue

I have bought Bias fx 2 and downloaded it onto my laptop as a standalone but can’t do the same for my iPad. Nothing happens after hitting “download” Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks

I’m not a BIAS FX User or purchaser; however, since none of the BIAS members have addressed your question, I’ll take a shot… Based on previous Forum discussions, I believe you purchase a single license, and can install it on a single Desktop or Mobile device. Once you’ve “installed” the program on your device, PG probably records the license as “consumed”, preventing multiple uses of a single license.. -
Make sure that your iPad is connected to the internet and that the connection is stable. Sometimes a weak or unstable internet connection can cause download issues.
Check if there is enough storage space on your iPad to download and install the app. If your iPad is running low on storage space, it may not be able to download the app.
Restart your iPad and try to download the app again. This can sometimes resolve issues with the App Store.
Check if there are any pending app updates. Sometimes updates can interfere with the download process.
If none of the above steps work, you can try to delete the app from your iPad (if it's already partially downloaded) and then try to download it again.
