Spark won't power up after FW update

I got my Spark Mini new and it worked fine. It prompted me for a FW update. I followed the process exactly as stated and it won't power on now. I then followed the process for hard reset and the unit would not power up. It was fully charged the whole time. My intent was have an amp, not a project that I had to perform R&D on. I've opened up several tickets but no help beyond AI response with stock answers. What should I do to be treated like a valued customer?

@jmarfone It's very strange that you can't even power up the amp. This is not looking good. I suppose you're already tried different usb cables to power up the amp ? Do you have the green led light ON when you're connected through USB (spark mini) ?
For your last question, I guess you can only ask your reseller or positivegrid (through the contact form), and ask either for a solution/refund (if that's even possible). -

I didn´t read the full thread but it seems people had some success with a similar issue.
