Any else not get the gig bag with their order ?

My wife purchased a spark 40 for me as a Christmas gift, there was a deal offered and was on her receipt for a free gig bag to also be shipped to us. I never received the bag and contacted customer support through their web app a couple of weeks ago. I included a copy of the receipt etc... to date not a peep or acknowledgement ,.., anyone else have this issue .. was it resolved any tips for me to get it sorted

@michael-ellicott Well .. surprised this morning by Fedex truck showing up with the gig bag Thanks PG ... was not notified or given a tracking # ... maybe that is sop .. no idea but all's well that ends well
