Ive never used any software, any pedals, pretty much nothing electronic in my life.....I bought a Line 6 super expensive setup a few years back, didn't understand it, so I sold it.
Now this.....I have no clue what any of this does. I got it because everyone said it's super easy.
I have the spark 40 amp, a riff, and the elite software.....
What is the riff? what does it do? How do I use it.
Software, am I supposed to hook my guitar up to my computer? Then my computer to the amp?I am genuinely lost, like not even suer what cables to use, I don't even know what the things on the screen do, and the screen won't even go full screen........
Thanks for any help, and Happy New Year -

The Spark 40 is a practice guitar amp. Plug your guitar in, pick a style on the left-most knob and have fun.If you have a cell phone/tablet, you can download the Spark App, connect to the Spark 40 and access more Presets. You can use the App to modify the Presets to get a specific tone if you’re so inclined. I don’t use the app much anymore since I found the practice tones that I like.
The Riff is used to connect to a computer and record. If you’re not interested in recording then you might consider returning it for refund.
If you also bought BIAS FX, it’s a package that allows you to build detailed pedalboards on your PC/MacBook. I don’t own it so don’t know much more. However, if you didn’t like the Line 6, you’ll probably be really frustrated with FX.
