How to get backing track from pc to Spark?

Santa just brought me my new Spark 40. Which means, for the immediate future, you are going to have to deal with my incredibly stupid and annoying (annoyingly stupid?) questions.
I want to jam to a favorite backing track of mine that is on my hard drive. How do I get Chicago Blues in E.mp3 from my desktop to my Spark 40? I have not connected yet with the USB cable. Can I do it with the Spark App, I hope? -

Your Spark Amp is designed to connect to your cell phone or tablet as a speaker. You can play both your guitar and any song or backing track on your phone/tablet through the Spark Amp. I do this daily. I believe With the right interface and cabling between the amp/guitar/PC you can record/play through the PC using headphones/speakers. Too complicated for me, especially when I can get better results using my iPad (or iPhone). -
@dan-lawrence Thank you! I know the Spark Amp is designed to connect to my phone. But the question remains, doesn't it, "How?" I've asked here, the Facebook Group, and the YouTube channel and everyone refuses to answer. Refuses to answer or chimes, regurgitates all the cool things it will do. All I want to do is play "Chicago Blues in E.mp3" through my Spark. That doesn't seem like an unfair request of the amp. I know that it will do Smark Chords and the Jam with a bass player and drummer. I don't want to do those. I want to play my backing track and try and come up with a solo to it.
@dan-lawrence doesn't that seem like reasonable expectation? Apparently not. I think that Guitar Center has a fairly reasonable return policy. I'm sure mine was the last one they had in the store. It was the one on the table, the demo one. I hope it can be returned. Thanks for your reply.

To play your backing track from your iPhone, you need to connect your Spark to the iPhone as a Bluetooth Speaker. My Spark 40 connects automatically as a speaker when I turn on the Spark 40. The setup and functionality works just like Bluetooth headphones or earbuds.- Turn on your iPhone, and go to Bluetooth Settings.
- Turn on your Spark 40
- Normally, “Spark 40 Audio” will show up under My Devices, and and automatically connect. If it doesn’t appear, look under Other Devices at the bottom (it can take awhile for it to appear under Other Devices)
- If “Spark 40 Audio” shows as “Connected” you are goo to go.
If “Spark 40 Audio” shows as Not Connected, then double-click on it to connect.
If “Spark 40 Audio” appears under Other Devices, then double-click on it to move it to My Devices and connect.
Once the phone and Spark are connected, anything you play on the phone will be heard through the Spark.
IF you’ve launched the Spark App on your iPhone, you will also see the app Bluetooth connection, “Spark 40 BLE”. This connection is dedicated to the app, and won’t help with what you want to accomplish.
Unfortunately, PG provides minimal information about the Bluetooth Speaker setup and functionality. See the bottom of page 4 of the Users Manual (link below).

@dan-lawrence Thanks for going to the troouble of typing all that. It was a lot and I appreciate it. But I don't have an IPhone. Im the other kind, Droid.
