Bias fx 2 White screen!

Can anyone possibly assist me with this issue? Whenever I open Biasfx 2 it gets to the log in screen and then goes straight to a white screen. I cant do anything and I have not been having any luck with support. This is so annoying. I am on a windows 11 PC. See attached photo. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times !

I am seeing the exact same issue.
It's unusable right now.
I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling FX, Pedal and AMP and still see the issue.
I've tried deleting settings which only results in the login windows showing shortly and then it turns to completely white. -
Yep, having this issue. Re-installing it did not fix it.

Having the same problem. Does this happen only on windows 11 or is having someone the same problem on windows 10?

Also have this issue, upsetting since I just got new Monitors and I cant even jam out

So I found a workaround for now, just turn off your internet before you open bias fx and it should work even after you turn it back on, so its something to do with tonecloud im guessing

I was troubled by the same issue.
I solved that issue by doing a Windows 10 update. -

I found this to work as well. Only started happening recently for me. Only new change was a Windows update, I think. After you turn your network back on, as long as you don't try to connect to Tone Cloud or some other internet related function, you are fine. Also happens with the VST plugins.
