The app is not connecting but the BT is, but doesn't sound anything. I have my amp since 2020, so I cant give it back. What can I do??

Does the Spark Amp work correctly on its own? Does the Amp play music as a stand-alone Bluetooth Speaker, with or without a guitar plugged in? Do you run the app on an iOS or Android device; what version operating system? How complex is your set-up; guitar straight into the amp, or a more complex monitoring and recording set-up using an iRig or PC/MacBook?I’d first open a Support Ticket, even if your amp is out-of-warranty. Also, PG personnel monitor Support Tickets a lot more closely than the general forum content. There have been several similar problems identified recently on this forum. With the recent update to iOS 16 and a rash of Security patches, this could suggest a Spark App bug. PG has a complex security structure, including establishing and linking the Spark App to the Amp using your PG Account and Amp serial number. The more Tickets and information PG receives, the more likely they are to recognize a potential problem.
Baring an App issue, answers to the other questions could help forum members to determine if it’s a hardware issue with the Amp.
