My speakers pop and crackle with any low end. Does anyone else have this issue?

Some more info would be helpful. Do you have a Spark 40 or a Mini? How old? Is it a straight forward setup; guitar straight into the Amp, with or without the Spark App active? Or are you set up to monitor/record through a PC/MacBook using Line Out or USB Out from the Amp? Is there a specific Preset where it’s readily apparent, or is it about the same regardless of the selected Preset? Assume you’ve tried several different cables and guitars if available.

I have a Spark 40 with a straight forward setup. Only had this type of problem twice. The first time I was using a 90-deg cable into the Spark; when the cable moved, it automatically partial disengaged. The second time I was using my XVive U2 Bluetooth wireless and turned on the onboard Boost on my Les Paul; the U2 was unhappy to say the least, and the U2 documentation specifically warned about the issue.

You might also check your Bluetooth signal paths. I play my backing tracks using an app on my iPad through the Spark 40 Audio Bluetooth connection. I’ve had a couple instances where the connection between the iPad and Spark degraded to the point where an occasional crackle or pop occurred. I disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth iPad-Spark connection and the problem disappeared.
